No Fix No Fee Policy
The No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that if a problem can't be resolved through the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or repair then no charge is made to the customer.
The policy does not apply in the following cases:
1. We have been able to resolve the problem but is only prevented from doing so at the customers request. This may be because of the lack of required software or license keys.
2. After the clear diagnosis of the problem the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the faulty component. A diagnostic fee will be charged in this instance (Up to £50)
3. The policy also does not apply to work related to data recovery or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning
